Buyers do not limit their property search to office hours. In Beagel's published platform observations, 53% of buyer registrations happened outside office hours. Agents still need to decide who can participate and how a negotiation proceeds, but routine follow-up does not have to wait until the office reopens.
Beagel can send agency-configured communications when a buyer registers, is approved, is outbid or has not acted after showing interest. The message is tied to the live sale, so the agent can see what was sent, when it was sent and why.
A follow-up may remind a buyer to complete registration, tell an approved bidder that they can make an offer, or let an underbidder know that the position has changed. It can also draw an agent's attention to a buyer who has returned several times without acting.
Beagel does not decide what the buyer should offer or negotiate on the agent's behalf. The agent remains responsible for qualification, advice and the conduct of the sale.
The communication record gives the agent a straightforward answer when a seller asks what follow-up has taken place. It can sit alongside buyer activity, offers and seller instructions in the same sale record.
The purpose is simple: handle repetitive updates consistently while leaving judgement and personal contact with the agent.
