Buyers do not all make offers in the same way. Some will use an online route. Others will phone, email or speak directly to an agent. Beagel can record both without forcing the agency to abandon a channel that already works.
The agent can receive an offer through the usual route, add the buyer and record the offer against the sale. The agent continues to manage communication and negotiation in line with the seller's instructions.
A permitted buyer can register and submit an offer through the agency website, portal or another approved interface. The listing agent is notified and remains responsible for what happens next.
Both channels can feed the same timeline, with relevant timestamps, revisions, communications and notes. Buyers may also act through an appointed buyer's agent where the workflow allows it.
The online route adds another way to participate. It does not replace the agent or prescribe how every negotiation must be conducted.
