Enterprise operating controls

Beagel keeps the agency brand visible to buyers and sellers while preserving centralised notification records, defined user permissions and confirmed workflow actions.

Agency-domain email
After the client's sending domain is authenticated through DNS, Beagel can send system-generated bidder and seller notifications from a configured agency-branded address.
The agency configures SPF and DKIM records, with DMARC used where applicable to its email policy and deployment.
Configured sender names and addresses keep bid approvals, outbid alerts, sale-agreed notices, vendor updates and watchlist messages within the agency identity.
Beagel sends the messages on behalf of the agency. Agents do not originate these system notifications from personal Gmail or Microsoft 365 inboxes.
Communication governance
Offer-related notifications are sent through the platform so their timing and context remain centrally logged. Agents may still use their own accounts for general conversations outside the controlled offer-update workflow.
Admins can configure the sender identity used in system templates. Agents can continue ordinary non-offer correspondence separately, but they cannot override the verified system sender or disable central notification logging.
Sale-state permissions
Agent, branch and agency users can open an eligible pending sale from the sale-management action tab. The interface presents a confirmation before the sale status changes.
